Methods of Payment

Get the best possible dental care at Westgate Dental. We have a professional commitment to excellence which our fee reflects. We need your assistance and understanding of our payment and financial policy to achieve your goals. Some methods of payments we offer:

Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept American Express, Cash, Check, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
We accept payment directly from the insurance company for patients with insurance. This requires the deductible and non-covered fees to be paid at each visit.
For a financing option, we collaborate with Care Credit. You can complete the applications online at www.carecredit.com or in the office with the help of our receptionists. If approved, print off approval with our account number and bring to your appointment.
A parent or guardian is legally responsible for payment of all services rendered when bringing a child to our office. Individual parents are not billed for child’s co-payment.
Prepaid Dental Program is available for patients without insurance. Please contact us for more information.
